The new comic is up, as I'm sure the new article will be very soon. Well the waiting lines were extremely long, I'm talking insane extreme. I waited one hour and a half for 10 minutes gameplay. And while Mario Galaxy was awesome, only five minutes of those were actually spent controlling mario. So yeah, I hate lines.
On another note, an old comic, previously only seen on sebasabi.com(which is dead now) has been recovered from my hard disk. http://handson.smackjeeves.com/comics/271095/batteries-not-included/ is where you'll find it. Yes it is indeed more sony smashing. Only I think that was the first one. If you want a commentary on the strip, there's a comment right below it, explaining circumstances and whatnot.

A couple more gameplay comics to go, but after reading Jack Tretton's treatise about the ps3, I couldn't resist drawing a little something about it.
I know what you're gonna say, Iamdude, coloured updates are once a week on Friday, every week! We thought you only fucked the schedule up for specials like the Gameplay series!?
Yeah yeah, I know. Sjeesh,I don't know why you're so upset, so the comics a bit early this week, you didn't have one last week right? Irregular updates seem to plague this webcomic. I wonder why I'm even writing this? Not like anyone besides me is going to read it.
And on that sad little note we'll end the news post

Gameplay 2007 was last week and it fell unto me to do a couple of reports matched with comics, which is why the last two ones have been in black in white. Don't worry as the normal, once a week, hands ons will have colour.
The gameplay comics will be about five, I'm not sure right now, but five seems about right.
For the articles themselves, head on over to www.thegamingcouch.com which is, hopefully when all the codes and everything are in order, going to be the official home of hands on.
In other hands on news, the Hands On comic: "Prioritizing" Chosen by our panel of readers to be the funniest hands on in the archive has been entered in the webcomic battle! Found at www.webcomicbattle.com. You like Hands On? Go vote for us then!

As no doubt you've heard apparently ps3 owners have had issues with their copies of Assassins creed. Red Ring of Death not so funny now is it, Sony Fanboys?
I must admit to a certain bias by now against Sony. Especially because of their continuing action against Europe. While America gets cool ads, we get the 'This is Living' ads.
Watching someone put a dog in a microwave or watching a girl sit on a toilet and flush doesn't exactly make me want to go out and buy a ps3.
I wonder whether Sony really hates Europe or just doesn't care about Europe. Either would explain these commercials and the cut of Backwards Compatibility.
Nothing short of some incredible exclusives can save them now, oh and of course a bleedin' patch for Assassins Creed.

Ah, the console foodchain, where lesser consoles might be eaten by their peers. Our unique view has been posted. The ps3 bashing is, I admit, a dastardly way to get viewers, nothing like a bit of ps3 bashing to draw the fanboys :P. ( I apologiz for the smiley, it just seemed appropriate).
Ofcourse it's ridiculous that Sony is yet again bringing out a new ps2 pack, you'd think that with their ps3 failing all over the place they'd focuse on making that experience worth throwing you money away for. Instead they probably thought to sell the only thing that would sell, the ps2.
I don't think I have to explain our reasoning of the foodchain, the wii sells the most, and the 360 has the most interesting games so far. The ps2 is 2nd only because it's last gen, I maintain the stand that anyone without a ps2 is not really a gamer at all, and should be beaten with sticks should they say so.
Cube and xbox third, there wasn't really another place for them, so we stuffed them there. The xbox was just a starter up for Microsoft and was discarded as soon as the 360 arrived. The cube was also discarded in favour of the wii, and while it's a pity we can easily see why, at the end they couldn't give the things away. It had a few noteworthy titles, I don't need to go into detail there, it's just that the lunchbox theme wasn't very popular.
The white ps2 being on there and the ps3 not being on there is ofcourse comedic effect.
That I said the 360 had the most interesting games and therefore being on top, it's a moment sketch, I'm sure that the ps3 will have many interesting games, they'll have to, as sony, but just not now. If I want real next gen now, the ps3 isn't a valid choice, everywhere the ps3 fanboys are shouting out how the ps3 awesome exclusives will be here next year and stuff, that doesn't help them in the now.
If you intend to flame, please stay away, if you have something intelligent to say, please comment, we need the readers. Lair will be discussed in a comic next week, 'cause were too lazy to do it now.

Due to well, stuff, a new updating schedule for Hands On has surfaced. This will allow us to (hopefully) keep to the updating schedule. Not that anyone cares with a readership of zero people, but it's the look of the thing that counts.
UPDATE
I seem to have forgotten to mention that the new updating schedule is Friday, which is today. I'm quite sure that seb will upload the new comic today.

As I have now left the Albert Hein, I felt it was time for a little 'expose'. As the title so aptly suggests these are based on real life happenings.
